# Service Transfers & Ownership Changes

<Card title="Important Note" type="warning" horizontal>
  Selling or transferring your account login credentials is strictly prohibited and violates our Terms of Service. Account selling results in immediate suspension and possible permanent termination without refund.

## Official Service Transfer

A service transfer moves a specific service (domain, hosting, email, etc.) from your account to another person's account — at no cost, with no downtime, and with full ownership documentation.

**Common scenarios:** selling a website, changes in business ownership, transfers between family members, and freelancers handing off client projects.

## Key Reminders

**Original owners:** Back up all data before the transfer. Once complete, you lose all access to the service, and billing stops immediately. Transfers cannot be reversed after processing.

**New owners:** Verify the service details before accepting. Add a payment method to your new account promptly after transfer and confirm the renewal date and cost.

**Both parties:** Do not share account credentials at any point. The official ticket process above is the only approved method.
