# Control Panel & Documentation

The SpamExperts control panel provides full management of your email filtering, quarantine, logs, allow/block lists, and reporting. DigitalFyre provides single sign-on access to the control panel directly from the customer portal.

## Accessing the Control Panel

1. Log in to the [customer portal](https://console.digitalfyre.com)
2. Go to **Services → My Services**
3. Click your SpamExperts service
4. Click **Log in to SpamExperts**

You can also access the control panel directly at [login.antispamcloud.com](https://login.antispamcloud.com/).

## Control Panel Sections

The control panel is organized into the following sections:

### General

Domain-level configuration including mailbox management, LDAP sync, and domain aliases.

| Feature                 | Description                                         |
| ----------------------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| Mailboxes configuration | Manage mailbox accounts for your domain             |
| LDAP mailbox sync       | Sync mailboxes with an LDAP/Active Directory server |
| Domain aliases          | Add domain aliases that share filtering settings    |

### Reporting

Email activity reports and SIEM integration.

| Email Scout Reports       | Incoming email activity reports                               |
| Domain report actions     | Configure automated report schedules                          |
| Protection reports        | Per-mailbox and per-domain protection summaries (HTML or PDF) |
| SIEM logging integrations | Forward logs to external SIEM platforms                       |

### Incoming

Logs, quarantine, delivery settings, and domain statistics for inbound email.

| Delivery issue log | View delivery failures and temporary rejects                   |
| Spam quarantine    | Review, release, or delete quarantined messages                |

| Domain settings    | Domain-specific filtering configuration                        |
| Domain statistics  | Incoming email volume and filtering statistics                 |
| Train messages     | Submit messages to improve spam detection accuracy             |

### Incoming — Protection Settings

Fine-grained filtering controls including allow/block lists, custom rules, and attachment restrictions.

| Recipient allow/block list       | Always allow or always block specific recipient addresses         |
| Sender allow/block list          | Always allow or always block specific sender addresses or domains |

| Customise actions                | Define custom actions for specific message classifications        |
| Filter settings                  | Adjust spam sensitivity and detection thresholds                  |
| Attachment restrictions          | Configure which attachment types are blocked                      |
| Email size restriction           | Set maximum allowed email size                                    |

### Continuity

Email queuing and network diagnostic tools.

| Delivery queue — incoming | View queued messages (held when your mail server is temporarily offline) |
| Compose email             | Send email directly from the SpamExperts interface                       |
| Network tools             | DNS lookup, traceroute, and connectivity diagnostics                     |
| Clear callout cache       | Clear recipient verification cache                                       |

### Users & Permissions

User management and access control.

### My Settings

## End User Access

Individual email users can access their own quarantine through the Email Level Control Panel. You can set this up under **Users & Permissions → Manage email users**. End users can also manage their quarantine through digest reports sent to their inbox.
