# Network Information

The network section of your VPS service page displays your server's assigned IP addresses, interface details, and monthly bandwidth usage.

## Network Interface Details

| Field            | Description                                |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------ |
| **Name**         | Network interface name as seen by the OS   |
| **MAC Address**  | Hardware address assigned to the interface |
| **Speed In/Out** | Maximum network throughput                 |

## IP Addresses

### IPv4

Your primary IPv4 address is pre-configured and ready to use as soon as your OS is installed. Each address is listed with a copy-to-clipboard button.

If you have additional IPv4 addresses, they must be configured manually within your OS. See [IP Address Management](/vps/networking/ip-address-management).

### IPv6

Your assigned `/64` IPv6 subnet is displayed with a copy-to-clipboard button. IPv6 addresses must be configured manually within your OS. See [IP Address Management](/vps/networking/ip-address-management).

## Monthly Bandwidth Table

A breakdown of your bandwidth usage by billing period:

| Column          | Description                       |
| --------------- | --------------------------------- |
| **Date Range**  | The billing period covered        |
| **Received**    | Inbound traffic to your server    |
| **Transmitted** | Outbound traffic from your server |
| **Total**       | Combined inbound and outbound     |
