# VPS Deployment Queue

When a VPS plan or location is sold out, the VPS Queue holds your place in line. We release slots in order as capacity frees up, and we notify you by email when it is your turn.

<Warning>
  The VPS Queue is the only waitlist DigitalFyre manages. We don't track stock and availability requests through support tickets. We will redirect tickets asking about stock or queue position to the queue.
</Warning>

## How the queue works

* **First-come, first-served.** Your position is set by submission time and does not change.
* **One queue per location.** Your position is counted among entries for the location you selected.
* **Email notification.** The queue system emails you automatically when a slot opens for you.
* **48-hour claim window.** You have 48 hours from the notification to claim your slot. After that, it passes to the next person in line.
* **One open entry per email address.** You cannot hold more than one active entry at a time.
