DigitalFyre offers two support tiers for bare metal servers: Standard Support (included) and Enterprise Support (paid add-on).

Standard Support

Included with every bare metal server at no additional cost. Standard support covers:
  • Hardware issues and replacements
  • Network and connectivity problems
  • Power and out-of-band management issues
  • OS reinstallation assistance
  • General infrastructure questions
  • Default ICMP (ping) monitoring on your primary IP
Support is handled through the ticketing system at console.digitalfyre.com.

Enterprise Support

Enterprise Support is a paid add-on with pricing that varies based on your requirements. It provides:
  • Priority support queue — Faster response times through a dedicated enterprise queue
  • Advanced monitoring — HTTP, port, and service-level monitoring beyond the default ICMP checks (configured upon request)
Enterprise Support is not listed as a self-service add-on. Contact support@digitalfyre.com to discuss your requirements and pricing.

Managed Support

For customers who want hands-on server management, DigitalFyre offers a separate Managed Support add-on that covers OS maintenance, security hardening, firewall management, backups, and more. This is distinct from the support tiers and is detailed in Managed Support.

Monitoring

Regardless of your support tier, DigitalFyre monitors your server’s uptime by default using ICMP (ping) to your primary IP address. If you need monitoring beyond ICMP — such as HTTP, port, or service checks — contact support to discuss configuration. Advanced monitoring is available for both Standard and Enterprise support customers.
