OX App Suite Webmail - DigitalFyre Knowledge Base

OX App Suite is the built-in web-based email client for your Open-Xchange mailbox. It works in any modern browser and requires no software installation.

Access

Open https://us.appsuite.cloud/appsuite/ and sign in with your full email address and password. You can also access webmail from the customer portal by clicking Log in to OX App Suite in the sidebar of your service.

Built-In Apps

All plans include:

Mail	Full-featured email with folders, rules, signatures, templates, and inbox categories
Calendar	Shared and personal calendars with appointment reminders and time zone support
Address Book	Contact management with shared address books and map service integration
Tasks	Task lists with due dates, priorities, and notification support
Portal	Customizable dashboard with widgets for inbox, appointments, tasks, and birthdays

The OX App Suite + Productivity plan adds:

Keyboard Shortcuts

OX App Suite supports keyboard shortcuts for common actions. Choose a shortcut profile under Settings → General → Keyboard shortcuts:

Outlook.com

Supported Languages

OX App Suite supports multiple languages including English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), and Japanese. Change your language under Settings → General → Language & Time zone.
