Every order placed with DigitalFyre is manually reviewed before approval. Most orders are reviewed and approved within a few minutes during business hours. This process helps maintain a secure and fraud-free environment for all customers.

Fraud Prevention

DigitalFyre uses multiple fraud detection tools, including MaxMind, to assess the risk associated with each order. Orders that fail automated fraud checks are not approved under any circumstances. This policy is non-negotiable.

Avoid Getting Flagged

To help ensure your order is approved quickly:
  • Use your real name, address, phone number, and email
  • Avoid using VPNs, proxies, or anonymizers during checkout
  • Make sure your billing address matches your payment method
Fraud detection tools look for signs of high-risk behavior such as mismatched IP locations, anonymized networks, or incomplete contact details. Standard Services

Once approved, services are provisioned, and activation details are sent via email. For existing customers with active, verified accounts in good standing, many services are automatically provisioned immediately after payment.

Custom Bare Metal Servers

Bare Metal servers are custom-built to your exact specifications. Because these are not off-the-shelf systems, provisioning is entirely manual and may involve hardware configuration, OS deployment, IPMI access setup, burn-in testing, and network security hardening. Delivery times vary depending on server specifications, datacenter location, and parts availability. Once ready, you will receive deployment confirmation and server access details via email. From the moment your quote is approved, the Sales & Support team will follow up through the provisioning ticket, keeping you informed at every step until your server is delivered and online.

OFAC Compliance

As a U.S.-based company, DigitalFyre complies with all regulations set forth by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Services cannot be provided to individuals or entities in sanctioned regions, or to those listed on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list.
