Plesk is the web-based control panel used to manage your shared hosting account. From Plesk, you can manage your domains, email accounts, files, databases, and more — all without needing to use the command line.

Accessing Plesk

There are two ways to access Plesk: Option 1 — Single Sign-On from the Client Portal (Recommended) Log in to the Client Portal, navigate to your hosting service, and click Login to Plesk. This logs you in automatically without needing a separate password. Option 2 — Direct Login Your direct Plesk URL is included in your Welcome Email. It follows this format: 
https://server-name.digitalfyre.net:8443
If you cannot find your welcome email, log in to the Client Portal and use the SSO option instead.

Resetting Your Password

Plesk password resets are done from the Client Portal. Navigate to your hosting service and use the Change Password option.
