You can upgrade your Open-Xchange service at any time from the customer portal — either to add more mailboxes or to switch from OX App Suite to OX App Suite + Productivity.

How to Upgrade

Log In

Log in to the customer portal and go to Services → My Services.

Open Your Service

Click your Open-Xchange service, then click Upgrade in the sidebar.

Choose an Upgrade

Add mailboxesIncrease the number of available accounts on your current plan
Switch plansUpgrade or Downgrade from one Open-Xchange Plan to another
Billing adjustments are prorated for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
