Accessing the Control Panel
- Log in to the customer portal
- Go to Services → My Services
- Click your SpamExperts service
- Click Log in to SpamExperts
Control Panel Sections
The control panel is organized into the following sections:General

End User Access
Individual email users can access their own quarantine through the Email Level Control Panel. You can set this up under Users & Permissions → Manage email users. End users can also manage their quarantine through digest reports sent to their inbox.Official Documentation
