When a VPS plan or location is sold out, the VPS Queue holds your place in line. We release slots in order as capacity frees up, and we notify you by email when it is your turn.
The VPS Queue is the only waitlist DigitalFyre manages. We don’t track stock and availability requests through support tickets. We will redirect tickets asking about stock or queue position to the queue.

How the queue works

  • First-come, first-served. Your position is set by submission time and does not change.
  • One queue per location. Your position is counted among entries for the location you selected.
  • Email notification. The queue system emails you automatically when a slot opens for you.
  • 48-hour claim window. You have 48 hours from the notification to claim your slot. After that, it passes to the next person in line.
  • One open entry per email address. You cannot hold more than one active entry at a time.

Join the queue

1

Open the queue form

2

Enter your contact details

Provide your name and email address. Check “I’m an existing DigitalFyre customer” if you already have a DigitalFyre account.
3

Choose a request type

Upgrade and Transfer automatically mark you as an existing customer.
4

Select location, plan, and quantity

Only locations currently on the waitlist are listed. Choose a plan and request 1 or 2 VMs.
5

Check all four acknowledgments, complete the anti-spam check, and submit.
After you submit, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your location and current position in line.

Available plans

Claim your slot

When it is your turn, you’ll receive an email stating a slot has opened for your location.
1

Open a support ticket

Create a ticket from the Client Portal within 48 hours of the notification.
2

Include your claim details

If you’re a new customer, you must use the same email address you used to join the queue, and reference the location and plan from your notification. If you’re an existing customer, you can create a ticket as usual.
If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours, we’ll assign the slot to the next person in line and close your entry. To try again, rejoin the queue.
Use genuine account information when claiming your slot.

FAQ

No. We don’t track queue position through tickets. Your position is included in your confirmation email.
Each email address can hold one open entry. You can join again once you complete or close your current entry. Attempts to circumvent the queue limitation by using multiple email addresses will result in removal from the queue.
Only locations with an active waitlist appear on the form. If a location is not listed, it is either in stock or not currently accepting queue entries.
We use your name, email, and requested configuration only to run the queue. We don’t sell or share it.
