JetBackup can restore individual mailboxes or specific emails from any backup taken within the last 30 days.
Restoring a Mailbox
Go to Backups
Log in to Plesk and click Backups in the left sidebar to open JetBackup.
Select Mail Backups
Click Mail Backups from the JetBackup dashboard.
Choose a Backup Date
Select the backup date you want to restore from.
Select the Mailbox
Choose the mailbox you want to restore. You can restore the entire mailbox or expand it to select individual emails.
Restore
Click Restore Selected. The emails will be restored to the mailbox.
Whole restored emails may not be merged into the existing mailbox — emails received between the backup date and restoration date may be lost. If you need a clean restore, contact support, and we can assist.
