Aliases allow you to receive email at additional addresses without creating separate mailboxes. An alias forwards incoming email to one or more target mailboxes.

Viewing Aliases

Your aliases are listed on the service page under the Aliases sub-tab. Each alias shows:

Creating an Alias

  1. On the Domain Overview tab, click + Create Alias
  2. Enter the alias details:
    • Alias address — The address that will receive email
    • Forwards to — The target email address where email is delivered
  3. Submit the form
Aliases can forward to a mailbox on the same domain (internal) or to an external email address.

Editing an Alias

  1. Find the alias in the list
  2. Click Edit
  3. Update the forwarding target or other settings
  4. Save

Deleting an Alias

  1. Find the alias in the list
  2. Click Delete
  3. Confirm the deletion

Alias Options

Aliases may have the following option badges:
