The customer portal allows you to create, view, and manage mailboxes for your Mailcow Email service.
Viewing Mailboxes
Your mailboxes are listed on the service page under the Mailboxes sub-tab. Each mailbox shows:

| Email Address | The full email address |
| Name | Display name for the mailbox |
| Quota | Storage used vs. allocated (e.g., 0 / 10,240 MB) |
| Status | Active or Inactive |
| Actions | Change Password, Delete |

- Enter the mailbox details:

The mailbox is created immediately and the user can log in to webmail or configure an email client.

Storage
If a mailbox runs out of storage, new incoming messages may bounce and sending may fail. To free up space, delete old messages or empty the Trash folder. For more storage, consider upgrading your plan or contact support for options.
