A catch-all address receives any email sent to your domain that does not match an existing mailbox. For example, if someone sends a message to typo@example.com and that mailbox does not exist, the catch-all will receive it.

Setting Up a Catch-All

1

Go to Mail

Log in to Plesk and click Mail in the left sidebar.
2

Open Mail Settings

Click Mail Settings at the top of the page, then select the domain you want to configure.
3

Enable the Catch-All

Under Catch-all address, select one of the following:
  • Forward to address — deliver unmatched mail to a specific existing mailbox
  • Reject — bounce unmatched mail back to the sender (default behaviour)
4

Save

Click OK to apply the setting.
Enabling a catch-all can significantly increase spam delivered to the target mailbox. Consider using a dedicated mailbox for catch-all rather than your primary address.
