If you cannot access your 2FA method — lost your phone, no longer have access to your authenticator app, or cannot receive email codes — there are three ways to recover access to your account.

Option 1 — Use a Backup Code

If you saved your backup codes when setting up 2FA, this is the fastest recovery method.
1

Go to the Login Page

Navigate to console.digitalfyre.com and enter your email and password.
2

Use a Backup Code

On the 2FA screen, click Use Backup Code and enter one of your saved backup codes.
3

Re-secure Your Account

Once logged in, go to Security Settings and disable then re-enable 2FA with a new device or method. Generate fresh backup codes.
Each backup code works once only. If you are running low, regenerate new codes from Security Settings immediately after logging in.

Option 2 — Use Your 2FA Passphrase

If you set a 2FA Passphrase in your Account Details ahead of time, support can use it to verify your identity and disable 2FA without requiring standard account verification steps.
1

Email Support

Send an email to support@digitalfyre.com from your registered account email address.
2

Provide Your 2FA Passphrase

Include your 2FA Passphrase in the email. This verifies your identity and allows support to process the request quickly.
3

Re-enable 2FA

Once support disables 2FA and you regain access, re-enable it immediately from Security Settings.
Set your 2FA Passphrase before you need it. Go to Account Details in the Client Portal and fill in the 2FA Passphrase field. See Account Security for details.

Option 3 — Contact Support

If you do not have backup codes or a 2FA Passphrase set, contact support directly for identity verification.
1

Email Support

Send an email to support@digitalfyre.com from your registered account email address.
2

Verify Your Identity

Support will ask you to verify your identity through standard account verification. Be prepared to provide details about your account and services.
3

Re-enable 2FA

Once access is restored, re-enable 2FA immediately and set a 2FA Passphrase to make future recovery faster.
Without a 2FA Passphrase, identity verification takes longer. Setting one in advance significantly speeds up the recovery process.
