Different DigitalFyre services use different passwords. This article explains where to reset each one.

Client Portals

Go to the Password Reset Page

Enter Your Email

Enter your registered email address and submit.

Check Your Inbox

Click the reset link sent to your email to set a new password.

Service Passwords

Navigate to your VPS service in the Client Portal and use the Password Reset option. See Password Resets for full details.
Navigate to your Web Hosting service in the Client Portal and use Change Password. You can also change it directly from Plesk at https://server-name.digitalfyre.net:8443.
Password changes can be made in the Codex Control Panel after a successful SSO login from the Client Portal.
Managed per mailbox. Navigate to your Mailcow service in the Client Portal to update individual mailbox passwords.
Managed per mailbox. Navigate to your Open-Xchange service in the Client Portal to update individual mailbox passwords.
Navigate to your SpamExperts service in the Client Portal to reset access credentials.
