Password Resets - DigitalFyre Knowledge Base

Different DigitalFyre services use different passwords. This article explains where to reset each one.

Client Portals

Client Portal
Fusion Panel

Go to the Password Reset Page

Visit console.digitalfyre.com/password/reset.

Enter Your Email

Enter your registered email address and submit.

Check Your Inbox

Click the reset link sent to your email to set a new password.

Service Passwords

Step-by-Step

VPS Root / Administrator Password

Navigate to your VPS service in the Client Portal and use the Password Reset option. See Password Resets for full details.

Web Hosting (Plesk)

Navigate to your Web Hosting service in the Client Portal and use Change Password. You can also change it directly from Plesk at https://server-name.digitalfyre.net:8443.

WordPress Hosting (PanelAlpha)

Password changes can be made in the Codex Control Panel after a successful SSO login from the Client Portal.

Mailcow Email

Managed per mailbox. Navigate to your Mailcow service in the Client Portal to update individual mailbox passwords.

Open-Xchange Email

Managed per mailbox. Navigate to your Open-Xchange service in the Client Portal to update individual mailbox passwords.

SpamExperts

Navigate to your SpamExperts service in the Client Portal to reset access credentials.

VPS Root / Administrator Password

Go to console.digitalfyre.com and navigate to your VPS service.

Go to Help

Navigate to Help → Reset Server Password.

Confirm

Confirm the reset. Your new root or Administrator password will be displayed.

Web Hosting (Plesk)

Go to console.digitalfyre.com and navigate to your Web Hosting service.

Change Password

Use the Change Password option on the service page.

Or Reset via Plesk

Alternatively, log in directly at https://server-name.digitalfyre.net:8443 and update your password from within Plesk.

WordPress Hosting (PanelAlpha)

Go to console.digitalfyre.com and navigate to your WordPress Hosting service.

SSO to PanelAlpha

Click Single Sign-On to access the Codex Control Panel.

Update Your Password

Navigate to Account Details and update your password from there.

Mailcow Email

Go to console.digitalfyre.com and navigate to your Mailcow service.

Select the Mailbox

Choose the individual mailbox you want to update.

Change the Password

Update the password for that mailbox and save.

Open-Xchange Email

Go to console.digitalfyre.com and navigate to your Open-Xchange service.

Select the Mailbox

Choose the individual mailbox you want to update.

Change the Password

Update the password for that mailbox and save.

SpamExperts

Go to console.digitalfyre.com and navigate to your SpamExperts service.

Reset Credentials

Use the credential reset option on the service page.
